Co-Founder, Creative LeadCorinna Schutte
Corinna believes great storytelling moves people and shapes culture. That conviction has guided her from the halls of Capitol Hill to promoting the United Nations General Assembly, and now to the frontlines of creative strategy for purpose-driven brands across business, health, advocacy, and sport.
Before co-founding Noema, Corinna founded Corinna Schutte Creative, a one-person studio built on close, high-trust collaboration. Over three and a half years, she worked one-on-one with more than 50 clients, leading projects and online as well as in-person campaigns across brand voice, visual design, and digital strategy. The experience sharpened her creative instincts, deepened her appreciation for relationship-driven work, and clarified what kind of impact she wanted to make at scale.
Earlier in her career, Corinna led digital media for the nonpartisan Joint Congressional Committee on Inaugural Ceremonies, overseeing strategy for the U.S. Presidential Inauguration of Joseph R. Biden, Jr. The inauguration livestream reached more than 75 million viewers, surpassing the combined audiences of all major broadcast networks. Working at that scale and under intense public pressure shaped her approach to leadership, grounded decision-making, and clarity in moments that matter most. It also gave her the confidence to take the leap into entrepreneurship, an experience that continues to inform how she shows up for her clients.
As Noema’s co-founder, Corinna remains deeply hands-on, focusing on visual design, brand voice, and helping leaders show up with clarity, integrity, and presence.
